Truck Factoring

TBS offers many different truck factoring programs.  We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your individual needs so that we can help determine what type of freight factoring program would work best for you.

Non-Recourse factoring simply means TBS takes the credit risk.  If a load is not paid because of a credit problem then TBS takes the loss.  This typically works well for companies with 1-5 trucks that run for numerous customers and for carriers with a low credit score..  Credit protection is very important because every month brokers and shippers go out of business still owing money to motor carriers.

Recourse factoring means that you take the credit risk.  If you are comfortable taking credit responsibility, this program has the benefit of offering lower fees because the truck factor (TBS) is taking less risk.   

At TBS we also offer the benefit of being able to change programs.  If you start off with one program and decide that switching to another program would be advantagous we are happy to make the change.
